With over 11 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, a curious mind and wealth of knowledge of the human body, Sophia’s compassionate nature provides you with an unforgettable experience.
Her thirst of knowledge took her to study BSc Health Science in Remedial Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy at Westminster University, where she developed her understanding of the fascial web of the body, and how emotions/mindset and our environment can affect the soft tissues of the body. This gave her a scientific understanding to her holistic approach. Sophia uses the healing properties of movement in sessions in an explorative way with clients to restore alignment and improve quality of movement.
She specialises in myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep/sports massage and pregnancy massage.
Whether you are working up to an event, have an injury, suffer with chronic or auto-immune conditions or just need a good restorative massage to relieve muscular tension and stress; each session is tailor made for your individual needs at that time.
